In the spirit of Fall and with my favorite “food” Holiday Thanksgiving rapidly approaching I was in the mood for a sweet treat with a festive twist….Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies were just the fix I was looking for!!

Pumpkin brownies at the office

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/4 tsp. salt

Chocolate Chips

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line an 11″x7″ baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs and oil. Set aside.

Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, flour, baking powder, spices, salt and brown sugar. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until fully combined. Stir in lots of yummy chocolate chips!

Pour mixture into prepared pan, spread smooth and bake 15-20 minutes.
